I brought family jewelry for consignment and Keven Crane was courteous, thorough, and a kept great records of what I'd left with him. I felt I could trust him to take care of the jewelry. I sold most of it for a fair price.

Kevin is knowledgeable and friendly. Because of him and his team, I'm able to wear and enjoy an antique bracelet that was was a bit too small having been sized for my grandmother. The work is impeccable and you'd never know adjustments were made. Thanks, Kevin.

My wife’s antique ring from Portugal had lost a diamond and the band was split. They were able to repair it, strengthen the band, and also find a mine-cut diamond that perfectly matched the original setting. It looks exactly like the day we bought it, but it’s even sturdier. Couldn’t be happier! Also a very reasonable price.

Mr. Crane is the man. After discussing my budget and what I had in mind he led me to THE PERFECT ring. Although our interaction was brief, you can tell the man is a true artist and professional. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful, craftsman-made jewlery.

I had the most wonderful experience at Crane Jewlers. Sarah Jayne was super helpful working with me to design a custom ring, and the end product was better than I’d even hoped for. The only jeweler I need in Seattle.

Mr. Crane is fantastic a true gem ;) I had a treasured heirloom ring from my great grandmother from the 1870s and I lost the center stone. I had been told the ring was un-restorable due to its age. I don't even live in Seattle but I found Crane Jewelers online and was able to ship my ring to him and not only did he find a new stone and cut it to fit in the setting but he cleaned it up and restored it back to better than it was before. The craftsmanship is stunning and he took great care to fix the ring and maintain its original elegance. He was a true professional and so lovely to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has specific jewelry needs. A million thanks to crane jewelers!

Kevin did such a great job improving and modifying my mother in law's ring. He went out of his way to do a quality job, deliver on time, and had fair pricing. My wedding and engagement wouldn't have been the same with Crane Jewelers. Thank you again!

Mr. Crane resized my engagement ring perfectly. It was my great grandmother's so it took a lot for me to trust him, just going off reviews. HOWEVER: He was personable, kind, and knowledgeable about my turn of the century ring. He revealed a history my family had forgotten, and took great care with making sure my size was the perfect fit. He's earned a lifelong customer. Skip Tiffany Co and pay Mr. Crane a visit, you won't regret it!

I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.

Designing our wedding bands at Crane has been one of the best experiences of our wedding planning journey so far. We looked forward to every appointment with Sarah Jayne during the process and were legitimately sad when it was over -- except for the fact that we are SO happy with our rings. She is a true artist, so in addition to being incredibly knowledgable about the jewelry-making process she has a real eye for beauty and helped us make several subtle but important decisions in each of our bands. She was so patient and helpful in navigating some of our areas of indecision, and offered many creative ideas that we loved but never felt pressured into. There is also just something romantic about visiting their appointment-only space in a historic office building of downtown Seattle - you will feel special here. We love Crane and will be back for all our future jewelry needs!
